Order online:  It is fun, fast and easy

Just click on the "Place in My Shopping Cart" buttons for each of the items you would like to purchase.  This action will add those specific items to your shopping cart.  If you want to check the items in your shopping cart go to "my shopping cart".  If you want to check out go to "check out".  You will always have the options to: shop some more, add new items to your shopping cart, delete some or all the items in your shopping cart, chose the form of payment, chose shipping methods, submit, or delete your shopping order.  It is fun, fast an easy to order online.  Your order will be confirmed to you before shipping.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Do I have to pay sales tax ... ?

You have to pay sales tax only if you are a resident of the state of California.  If you reside in any other state or anywhere else in the world you do not have to pay sales tax.

How can I pay for my order ... ?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  We also accept checks and money orders.  Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified.  If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to:

What about shipping charges ... ?

Shipping charges vary according to the weight of your order and the location where the shipment must go.  Our system is built in a way that will provide you with the exact shipping and handling charges. Please refer to the guidelines for shipping at  "Check out" to find the exact amounts.   Our preferred shipper is  Federal Express, however, we can also ship via UPS, Postal Office or any other carrier of your preference.  We ship all our prints flat in strong cardboard boxes.  We ship all our originals in high quality wood crates. We ship worldwide.

How do I track my order ... ?

It is simple to track your order.  You will receive details about any outstanding  orders and their status via E-mail.  We will keep you informed.  However if you desire feel free to call us at 1-800-710-8980 or e-mail us at art@grinfeld.com for any information or questions about your order status.

What is your return Policy ... ?

Originals: You may return an original, in its original condition, for a refund or credit, within three days of receiving.  After those three days the sale is final.  Originals must be returned in their original wood crate and packaging materials.  You must take care of the shipping, handling and insurance charges for both ways:  the initial shipping to you and the return to us. A 5%, non-refundable restocking fee, based on the price of the original, will be charged on all returns of originals.  Originals must be returned via Federal Express only and must be insured for their total dollar value.  After a return has been received, if using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account.  If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.   Please allow one to two weeks for process time on checks and money orders.

Prints: You may return a print in its original condition and packaging within seven days of receiving.  After those seven days the sale is final.  You must take care of the shipping, handling and insurance charges for both ways:  the initial shipping to you and the return to us.  A 5%, non-refundable restocking fee, based on the price of the print, will be charged on all returns of prints.  Prints must be returned via Federal Express only and must be insured for their total dollar value.  After a return has been received, if using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account.  If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.  Please allow one to two weeks for process time on checks and money orders.
